Procedure for Staff Recruitment: 1- According to Administrative and Financial Policy, 2- In case of additional criteria, staffs recruitment team will manage itself.
Organizational / Project Accountability Mechanisms: 1- Central Action Team is responsibility for organizational and project accountability.
Financial Sources of the Organization: 1- Donation from GOs, NGOs/INGOs. 2- Renewable and membership fee from members of organization. 3- Staffs contribution fund. 4- Consultancy fees from Training Facilitation, Report and Proposal writing fees. 5- Individual donation and fee from training hall. 6- Individual donation and Room charge from guest house.
